What is an AI sales agent or AI sales rep?
It's an artificial intelligence agent that talks with your leads on WhatsApp, Instagram or your website chat, answers their questions with what it knows about your business and guides them to a meeting, a call or a purchase. With Yuniax you create and train it in the Agent Lab, then connect it to your CRM.
How is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot follows a script or answers with the first thing it finds. A Yuniax sales agent rehearses before it talks to anyone: it holds conversations with avatars of your customers (the one in a hurry, the sceptic, the price comparer) while judges score every reply and explain why. A new version only goes live if it does better than the previous one, and every reply is written for that person, with nothing canned.
Does it work with GoHighLevel, WhatsApp and Instagram?
Yes. It connects to GoHighLevel in one click and from there answers WhatsApp, Instagram and your website chat, and books meetings into your calendar. Conversations stay in your CRM, where your team can see them.
How much does an AI sales agent cost?
The AI sales rep has a launch price of €490 a month (then €990 a month), guaranteed for 12 months for the first 50 companies. It includes one sales agent, 500 conversations a month, one retraining a month and 5 avatars. On top of the fee you pay for results, each only when it happens: €5 for each meeting the agent books into your calendar and 1% of every sale collected thanks to the agent. If you need more, there are extras: an extra sales agent, a partnerships agent or a support agent for €99 a month each (up to 3 sales agents in total), an extra retraining for €29, an extra avatar for €5 and extra conversations at €1.50 each (or packs of 100 conversations for €150 and 500 for €750). Nothing is charged without telling you first: you confirm every extra in the app. If you'd rather we set it all up for you, that's an optional one-off €990. GoHighLevel, the official WhatsApp integration and Meta's message fees are paid separately, directly to them. No lock-in, cancel whenever you like. Prices exclude VAT.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one person attended by your agent over 24 hours. If the agent sends more than 40 replies within those 24 hours, it counts as 2. If the person comes back another day, that's a new conversation. Your customer's and your team's messages aren't counted separately, and tests and simulations don't count.
How is the results-based component measured?
Both apply, each only when it happens; you don't have to choose. Meetings: €5 for each meeting the agent books into your GoHighLevel calendar from a conversation. Sales: 1% of every payment confirmed through the tracked payment links the agent sends (Stripe or GoHighLevel payments) and of that person's purchases in the 30 days after talking with the agent. If you sell through a platform that isn't connected, there's no sales component that month.
Can I try it for free before paying?
Yes. You create your account at app.yuniax.ai and your AI sales rep works for free for 14 days or 100 conversations, whichever comes first, with no card. When it ends, you decide whether to continue on the AI sales rep plan.
What does the agent do and what does my team do?
The agent talks with every lead from the first message, at any hour: it answers questions, follows up with people who go quiet and books the meeting or call. When the conversation needs a person, because the customer asks or the case calls for it, it hands over with the full context in your CRM. If you need more, you add agents for €99 a month each: another sales agent (up to 3 in total), a partnerships agent or a support agent.
Do you also take care of content: blog and reels?
Yes, as a turnkey project you sign up for by talking to Álex. We prepare articles with verified sources and reels with your avatar and voice, without you filming, and every piece leads to a conversation with your AI sales agent. You use your own Blotato and GoHighLevel accounts (you pay for them): we publish through your Blotato on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, or hand you the files to post yourself. The AI blog costs €590 a month, AI reels €690 a month and AI blog + reels €1,090 a month, excluding VAT.
Is it GDPR and AI Act compliant?
It's designed around those principles: the agent identifies itself as artificial intelligence, conversations stay in your CRM under human oversight and your team can take over at any time, and data is handled in line with the GDPR. AI-generated content is labelled as such.
